The Top Series “Unique Sensation” Centenary Vin Santo cask is the result of the centuries-old expertise of Renzi in crafting artisanal casks. Designed to refine and innovate Vin Santo, this cask stands out for the use of staves—and, when needed, bottoms—from different wood essences, offering a unique alternative to traditional single-wood casks.
Available in the most popular capacities, from 24 to 100 liters, the cask uses fine woods such as Oak, Chestnut, Mulberry, Acacia (Robinia), Ash, and Cherry. It features special stainless steel hoops, staves up to 40 mm thick, and naturally aged wood, ensuring quality, durability, and a rich, complex aromatic profile for Vin Santo.
